There are no UN sanctions on China. The EU and the UK have had partial arms embargos on China since June 1989 in response to events at the Tiananmen Square protests. Chinese officials have been designated under EU and UK human rights sanctions regimes for mistreatment of Uyghurs in Xinjiang. The US has a Hong-Kong related sanctions regime, a Xinjiang sanctions regime, and a Chinese military companies regime.
