- Individuals joining an existing company membership
If your company already has a corporate membership, and you use an email address at an authorised domain name for that company, you will be able to access the site without additional charge. To do this:
- Go to the Corporate sub-accounts page.
- Enter your email address and click Check Domain.
- If your email domain is authorised against an existing corporate account, you’ll see a button saying Join Account.
- Click that button and complete the registration form. You will not be charged.
Your individual account will be attached to the corporate account owned by your company’s primary user, who can check your status and remove you if needed in future.
- Corporate account owners: adding individual users
Users can be added by the main account holder as follows:
- Go to Account > Subscriptions.
- Hover over the three dots to the right of your subscription, and choose Sub-Accounts.
- There you can add an individual sub account (either by creating a new user or selecting one already on the system), or searching for an existing sub account and removing it.
- Corporate account owners: transferring sub accounts when renewing subscription
If when you renew your corporate account, your sub accounts do not automatically transfer, please contact us via info@globalsanctions.co.uk
The problem can also be fixed by doing the following:
- Go to the inactive subscription
- Click on ‘Export Sub Accounts’ (this will automatically download a CSV of sub-users)
- Go to the active subscription
- Click on ‘Manage Sub Accounts’
- Click on ‘Choose File’, select the downloaded CSV, and then click on ‘Upload CSV’. All sub-user will then be attached to the new subscription
- Corporate sub-user: subscription has been renewed but is showing as 'cancelled'
When a subscription is renewed sub-users need to be transferred to the new, active subscription. Please ask your main account holder to do this.
If you are a new corporate subscriber, then you will need to add yourself as a sub-user. Please refer to our FAQ on how to do this.
- Corporate sub-user: logged in as corporate sub-user but cannot access articles in full
Please ensure you have been added as a sub-user to an active corporate subscription. Please see our FAQs on “individuals joining a corporate membership” for guidance on self-subscribing.
- Email alerts: changing the frequency at which you receive emails
If you’re signed up for one of our immediate alerts, daily digests or weekly digests and want to change to one of the other options, then do the following:
- At the bottom of one of the emails you’ve receive recently, click Unsubscribe.
- Go to https://globalsanctions.com/digests/.
- Fill out the form and sign up again, choosing the new frequency.
- At the bottom of one of the emails you’ve receive recently, click Unsubscribe.
