Poland has added 7 entities to its autonomous Russia sanctions list under the Sanctions Act. The entities are part of a network of cryptocurrency and fintech companies linked to the circumvention of EU sanctions by enabling Russian citizens to transfer funds between Russia and the EU. They are not subject to EU sanctions

3 designations target entities associated with the Mercuryo brand, operated by Cyprus-based MRCR Holdings Ltd:

  • MoneyAmber UAB (Lithuania)
  • Moneysail doo (Croatia), and
  • MoneySwap OU (Estonia).

Polish payment company Quicko sp. z o. o. and its Russian subsidiary OOO Quicko are also designated. Quicko’s licence was revoked by Poland's Financial Supervision Authority in January 2026. The remaining 2 designations are Lithuanian crypto platform UAB Trustee Global and Russian crypto exchange OOO Koshelek.ru.
