The EU has added 2 entities to its Russia hybrid threats sanctions list under Regulation (EU) 2024/2462press release.

  • Euromore, a Belgium-based media company, has been designated for amplifying and legitimising Russian narratives within the EU. It has hosted pro-Russia commentators and its editorial line “consistently converges with talking points promoted” by Russia.
  • The Foundation for the Support and Protection of the Rights of Compatriots Living Abroad (Pravfond) has been designated for being a “core instrument” of Russia’s foreign influence and propaganda strategy. It is financed by Russia and it has been praised by Russian government ministers, including Russia’s foreign minister.

Both Euromore and Pravfond were sanctioned by the UK in December 2025.

The Regulation 2024/2462 sanctions regime targets people and entities responsible for hybrid threats and campaigns against the EU and its member states. 69 people and 19 entities are currently listed. See our EU-Russia pages for more information on the regime.
