The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority is due to reissue questionnaires on sanctions and proliferation financing to financial firms on 13 April 2026, following an initial review in 2024.

The questionnaire is designed to be a short investigation to determine whether regulated firms have appropriate sanctions controls in place to meet their obligations under the Isle of Man AML/CFT Code 2019. It is due to open on 13 April 2026, with a deadline of 22 May 2026 for responses. The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority will publish a final report with the full findings of the reissued questionnaires.
