UK amends Russian travel general licence to allow purchases with Siberian Airlines

The UK Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) has amended General Licence INT/2022/1839676, which permits UK businesses and nationals to purchase rail and air tickets with certain transport providers for journeys originating or within Russia – notice. JSC Siberian Airlines is now included on the list of entities UK businesses and nationals may transact with. The other entities are Aeroflot, Rossiya Airlines, Ural Airlines and Russian Railways, including their subsidiary South Caucasus Railway. The licence expires on 22 May 2028.
