Join Global Sanctions at the ACSS London Chapter’s Syria sanctions event

The Association of Certified Sanctions Specialists (ACSS) is hosting its “180 Degrees on Syria” sanctions event at Pinsent Masons, 30 Crown Place, Earl Street, London, EC2A 4ES. The event starts at 6:00 PM on Thursday 18 September 2025. The speakers at the event are:

• Ivonne Duarte-Peña of the UN Office of the Special Envoy for Syria, who will speak on the evolving Syrian sanctions landscape and policy perspectives.

• Stacy Keen of Pinsent Masons, who will discuss the practical implications the current Syria sanctions landscape and the application of those sanctions in real-world scenarios.

There will be an opportunity to ask the speakers questions, followed by a networking session.
