Judge Prost has just been designated by the USA for “ruling to authorize the ICC’s investigation into US personnel in Afghanistan”.  She was the first Ombudsperson for the UN Security Council Al-Qaeda Sanctions Committee and helped develop a de-listing process for UN sanctions.

We will discuss topics such as ICC sanctions, targeted sanctions, and Judge Prost’s former role as UN sanctions ombudsperson.
