EU adds French national to ISIL & A-Q sanctions list

This week (18 February), the EU added French national Brahim el Khayari to its autonomous ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaeda sanctions list (asset freeze). See Council Decision (CFSP) 2019/271 and Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/270.
