OFAC issues General Licence 13B relating to RUSAL, EN+ Group and GAZ Group

Yesterday, OFAC issued Ukraine/Russia-related General Licence 13B, which replaces and supersedes General Licence 13A. General Licence 13B extends the expiration of the general licence to 5 August 2018 (previously 5 June 2018). OFAC Notice here....
