The US has removed Soltech Industry Co Ltd from its weapons of mass destruction sanctions list under EO 13382. Soltech is a Brunei-registered company that was linked to Mohammad Soltanmohammadi. It was designated in 2020 for being part of a network that procured US-origin electrical components for an Iranian military firm. Soltech pleaded guilty to conspiring to breach US sanctions on Iran in 2023 and paid an $80,000 fine as a result.
