OFSI to hold enforcement guidance webinar in March 2026

The UK’s Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) will hold a webinar on its updated enforcement guidance in March 2026. The exact date is to be announced. The webinar will address the results of OFSI’s 2025 consultation and its updated enforcement guidance that is now in force. Key features of the updated enforcement guidance:

• A new early account scheme offering 20% penalty discounts for early factual accounts.

• A new settlement scheme offering 20% settlement discounts.

• Updated case factors and a new seriousness matrix.

• A new discount of up to 30% for full, timely voluntary disclosure and cooperation.

• New £5,000 and £10,000 fixed penalties for certain reporting offences.
